I loved one of Gregory's novels, thought another was pretty good, and haven't liked anything else. I'm done. She's either cranking them out too fast or she's just not very good.

I really enjoyed this one and the different take of Richard III. It followed well with having seen most of (working on it) the video for White Queen. It also hit home as I had just been over to the UK in the early fall and history came…

Really enjoyed this book. I am enjoying all the books in this "cousins" series. Although they are fiction, it does help to place the people involved in these events within the context of the times and their relationships to one…

I saved this one for last in the series due to the fact I am not a fan of Anne Neville at all and still am not. None the less this book is very good , interesting and just as spellbinding as the others. I couldn't put it down for the life…

You know Gregory's done her research & writes well, but I found this romantic story of Anne Neville & Richard 3rd curiously uninvolving & not as lavish as it could have been. (Sadly, I could also see how powerless upper-class medieval…

Can Phillipa Gregory do any wrong? Well yes. BUT NOT IN THIS ONE! I loved this book and I'm loving every book in the cousins war series almost as much as I loved her Tudor series. Gregory has a great point of view for showing how the women…

Gregory's latest book in the Cousins' War series tells the story of Anne Neville, daughter of kingmaker, Richard Neville, who put Edward of York on the throne. Full of romance, intrigue, and conflict, this was an extremely engrossing read.…

Brings to life the 15th century royal court of England - from the perspective of the women. Brief lives packed with tragic events. Fascinating that the Richard to whom the heroine is married is the king whose long-lost burial site was…
