This is useful information if you are looking for the facts and suspect you may not be getting them. It provides some good tips for identifying possible lies and working with the storyteller, through directed questioning, to try to get the real story. There is some overlap with their second book, which is a little boring, but mostly the material is novel. Be warned that some situations described in the book are stomach-churning, rather unpalatable to read. If the truth was always pretty, then lying would be unnecessary, I guess.
