A great summer read! Alice has lost a decade of her memory, and is shocked at the changes in her relationships over the past 10 years. As she searches for answers, she discovers that forgetting may be the key to remembering who she really is.

I found this on a must-read list for summer. This book grabs you right from the beginning and keeps you reading right until the last page. The story line is great. You can relate to the characters and there is bit of humor thrown in. I couldn't put it down, and it stayed with me long after I finished it. I highly recommend this book...you won't be disappointed.

You won't forget this book about a woman who forget ten years of her life. After hitting her head after a fall, she wakes up believing it is 1998 and she is pregnant, happily married, and 29 years old. What she can't believe (until convinced) is that it is actually 2008, she has three children, and going through a divorce. She has no memory of any of the things that happened within those ten years. How she comes to learn of those events and deal with the consequences of what she and others have done makes for a great story. The novel had me guessing until the end. This was one of the best books I have read this year!

I was pulled in right from the start.... then I got bored and almost turned the book back in without reading it. I kept telling myself "just a few more pages to see" and then became solidly hooked about a third of the way through. You can read the synopsis elsewhere, so I only share this to set expectations. Power through the first little bit, and you'll be glad. There were enough surprises to keep it interesting!

I loved this book, great storyline and well written. Read all her books and this is up there.
I thought the idea of the two main characters changing so much from who they were originally when first married very well put together by Liane M. They were 'still there' and wanted to be who they were but their lifestyles had changed drastically and becoming more affluent focusing on the main reason. I have recommended this book to friends.
Please write another book soon Liane!

Without any concrete memories of the past 10 years, Alice tries to figure out what happened to her free-spirited younger self.

The Caesar salad wasn’t very nice. A lackluster attempt. Wilted lettuce. Stale croutons. Very disappointing. Like life.
