Shes never met the other wives. None of them know each other, and because of this unconventional arrangement, she can see her husband only one day a week. But she loves him so much she doesn't care. Or at least that's what she told herself. But one day, while she's doing laundry, she finds a scrap of paper in his pocket, an appointment reminder for a woman named Hannah, and she knows it's another of the wives. She thought she was fine with her arrangement, but she can't help herself: she tracked her down, and, under false pretenses, she strikes up a friendship. Hannah has no idea who she is. Then, Hannah starts showing up to her coffee dates with telltale bruises, and she realize she's being abused by her husband. Who, of course, is also her husband. But shes never known him to be violent, ever. Who exactly is her husband, and how far would she go to find the truth? Would she risk her own life? And who is his mysterious third wife?

This was an interesting read. Something different from what I'm used to. It definitely kept me on my toes. It was interesting enough to keep you engaged but there's so much going on that you don't know what is and isn't real. It's not until the end that you get a more clearer answer. There are still unanswered questions about Seth and I wish we knew more about his situation. The ending was interesting and one of those that leaves it up to your imagination. I really didn't find any of the characters likeable but everyone got their karma in the end.

It had me captivated for the first half - then I got a bit confused. Overall, it was entertaining and it kept me intrigued. Weird ending, definitely.

Reminded me of a Harlequin romance, or what I think a Harlequin romance might be like. Not a great read.

Fans of twisty domestic mysteries may enjoy...but it may be a bit out there for those not accustomed to this genre.

Interesting plot. Thursday was very annoying however, which made it hard to like her 😆. Ending was weird.

Decent suspense novel, but a few muddled plot points.

The storyline was very unique. It's definitely a good read if your looking to read something differen't from the regular thrillers and genre books. The author keeps the readers engage with multiple plot twists and leaving you with some sort of confusion from each chapter

This was good, but the end was weird... I would like to read it again knowing what happens. Definitely keeps you guessing!

I had heard that this was a page turner. Well, I found the first half or so irritating as the protagonist really annoyed me. However, I recommend that readers persevere as the latter half does turn out to be a page turner. A deeply disturbing novel worth the read.

This is a page turner. Was surprised right to the end. Easy quick read, that you will find you don't want to put down.
Surprised by some reviews that I saw, if you stick with this one past the first third of the book, it will grab you again, worth the read.
