I have borrowed this CD before, but now I have my own copy of this CD. I just got it today from Cambridge, but mine is a deluxe version by Evanescence. I loved her songs since I was in 3rd grade. i've heard of her songs and the band when I was little. I never listened to the radio before. but later my favorite song by her is called "My Immortal". I always loved that song and from the start when I heard that song for the first time, I knew it was a sad song and it always made me feel sad and made it cry. It still does. I have this CD now, but mine is a CD with a DVD and it has more songs then the one you have. It has 1 music video called "What You Want" on the DVD.
I love Evanescences so much. Amy Lee is such a talented singer. My favorite songs are " What you want, "Made of stone, "My heart is broken" and "Swimming Home".
I have liked this band since I first heard them. One of those bands who can do anything and I will like it.
great voice but she cries to much
Like The Open Door, this album grew on me the more I listened to it. There are some great epic tracks on here, Amy Lee's powerhouse vocals soaring above a wall of piano, strings and drums. My only nitpick would be how prominent the guitars are in the mix, because the guitar riffs are pretty dull compared to the vocals and keyboards they're in danger of drowning out. Otherwise, an excellent return for the band!
I'm sure it's well worth the wait.....anything Amy Lee releases will always be EPIC!! In my opinion the best female vocalist that ever has been and most likely will be for a long, long time ;)
I have already watched the video for "What you want" and it ROCKS!!
Worth the wait! Bought this morning when it hit the shelves! Love it!
