I was quite surprised by this film. There is no mention Saint-Georges by Charles Rosen in his big book of the era. The musical excerpts are great and anyone who likes classical music will be spurred to try to find recordings of the (almost totally) forgotten composer.

A really great visual and auditory gem: FANTASTIC playing by Jeanne Lamon and her Tafelmusik Orchestra. Great acting. Worth watching the bonus material to learn more about the Chevalier de Saint-George, his father, his mother, and his times.
