Paris is stunning in the summer

NYPD detective Jacob Kanon is on a tour of Europe's most gorgeous cities. But the sights aren't what draw him--he sees each museum, each cathedral, and each cafe through the eyes of his daughter's killer.

The killing is simply marvelous

Kanon's daughter, Kimmy, and her boyfriend were murdered while on vacation in Rome. Since then, young couples in Paris, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, and Stockholm have been found dead. Little connects the murders, other than a postcard to the local newspaper that precedes each new victim.

Wish you were here

Now Kanon teams up with the Swedish reporter, Dessie Larsson, who has just received a postcard in Stockholm--and they think they know where the next victims will be. With relentless logic and unstoppable action, The Postcard Killers may be James Patterson's most vivid and compelling thriller yet.

Didnt like this book at all...boring..........was very disappointed in it....

This was pretty good but turned near the end. I felt there was too much of a leap with little evidence for a detective to believe he had the right suspects. Also, each time the detective goes to each new city, I don't think eveyone would ignore everything he said. Just my 2 cents.

Very ordinary. Audio book version has annoying music and sound effects, which detract from the mediocrity of the story.

James Patterson has become his own " Book of the Month" club, I don't think he writes anything on his own anymore, always with a co-author ( who probably does 95% of the book ). This one was fairly preditable, and never really got my total interest. I like his earlier works a lot better.

I don't know what to say about this one. I felt it was lacking something. Maybe because I read most of the Alex Cross. I would tell people I know to read/listen to this one

Don't understand the attraction the author has with a person with bad hygene and a bad temper. Yet, there's even a woman who's attracted somehow. As for the story, its interesting for the most part. At best, 7 of 10 stars
